You may plan to fly into either of Chicago’s airports: Midway or O’Hare. Both are about the same distance from the hotel and training facility, so make your reservations according to your own airline preference based on your departure city.
Returning to airport, you may be picked up at the training facility.
Two ground transportation options to consider are:
(Neither of these companies is affiliated with AGWS in any way and there are many other convenient options available.)
Reservations are highly recommended in regards to your choice of transportation. The AGWSU trainers or AGWS employees are not able to make these arrangements for you.
Shuttle to Training Each Day
AGWS will make arrangements for a shuttle to transport all attendees to and from the hotel each morning and afternoon. Make sure to be in the lobby each day by 8:40 am. If this time or arrangement should change, all attendees will be properly notified.
If AGWS has to cancel the class for any reason, a full refund of the payment will be issued. If the attendee would prefer, we can retain the payments towards a future class.
If circumstances change and the registered person cannot attend a class, the dealership may send someone else in their place. Changes need to be communicated immediately.
If no one is available to take that spot in the class, a full refund will be issued as long as cancellation is communicated AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR to first class. If a cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the first day, the refund will be reduced equal to the cost of the hotel room for one night.
